Refund policy

Parkhurst stands by the quality of our products with a Lifetime Warranty. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee, If you are unhappy with your new purchase, you may return it to Parkhurst, transportation prepaid, for repair, replacement or a refund.

Your refund will be issued within 30 days from the date Parkhurst receives the product.

Limited Lifetime Warranty — 3 Point Bale Unroller

Parkhurst Manufacturing Co., Inc. (Parkhurst) warrants that all Parkhurst 3-point bale unrollers are free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty applies to whoever rightfully owns it.

Warranty Coverage Duration and Limitations

This warranty is valid for product shipped from Parkhurst after May 1, 2023.

Parkhurst’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to repairing or, at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to Parkhurst. In lieu of returning defective equipment, Parkhurst may, at its option, agree to the repair or replacement of product at the user’s place of business, provided authorization is received prior to work behind performed. Parkhurst reserves the sole right to inspect the product claimed for warranty and determine the best course of action to remedy the warranty claim.

Exclusions from Warranty

  1. Product not operated properly or used for the purpose intended, as solely determined by Parkhurst.
  2. Damages and defects resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, Acts of God or normal wear and tear, as solely determined by Parkhurst.
  3. Any product repairs, modifications, and alterations performed without written authorization of Parkhurst.
  4. Parts not manufactured by Parkhurst, including hoses, fittings, cylinders, pins, etc.
  5. Any finish not applied by Parkhurst. Provided, however, that as limited above, Parkhurst warrants the product finish applied by Parkhurst against material defects for one year from the beginning of the warranty period. Surface rust and resulting paint failure are not covered.
  6. No loss of use coverage.
  7. No freight coverage.

This is the sole and exclusive warranty and shall be in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequence damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary state to state.

No person is authorized to modify the foregoing warranty in any respect whatsoever.

How to Apply for Warranty Coverage

All claims are handled by emailing productsupport@parkhurstmfg.com.

The claimant must provide the following information:

  • Serial Number
  • Date of purchase of the product
  • Detailed description of the alleged defect
  • Photographs of the entire unit, including the specified defect
